I had high hopes for LifeSight, but my experience has been disappointing. While they claim to offer seamless pension management, I found the online tools clunky and not user-friendly. Engagement from their team has been lacking, and their so-called personalized communications felt generic and uninspiring. Overall, the promised brighter future for pensions seems more like a marketing gimmick than a reality. I expected more from a company of their stature.
